Our self-contained accommodation rates start at $69!

All the rates quoted on this website are "per night" and are based on two people sharing. Rates are a guide only and may vary depending on the time of year you are booking and the number of people staying.

Rates include access to Ballina Lakeside's extensive facilities including our swimming pool, playgrounds, recreation room and gymnasium. A security deposit may be required for use of some equipment. Note that rates are confirmed when booking and leaving a deposit. For further details, please see the "things you need to know" section below.

Things You Need To Know

Rates
All rates quoted are "per night" and based on two people sharing. If you only book for one night, an additional charge may apply. The rates on this website are provided as a guide, and may vary depending on the time of year and level of demand. Minimum booking periods may apply. When you make a booking, the rate you are quoted at that time is fixed providing a deposit is paid when booking and we will gladly take credit cards on the phone. You must be over 21 years of age to stay with us if you are not accompanied by a parent. A bond may be requested when you arrive and this must be paid before you can enter the park.

If you cancel your booking less than 30 days before you were due to arrive, or you depart early, we cannot make any refund to you.

Deposit on Advanced Bookings
The cost of one night's accommodation is required as a deposit for most bookings.

Christmas Period Bookings
If part or all of your booking is during the Christmas or holiday period (26 December to 14 January inclusive, minimum booking periods may apply) and is made before 31 October then the deposit amount will be the cost of one week's accommodation with full payment due by October 31. If the booking is made after 31 October, payment in full will be required to secure your booking. If you cancel a booking at least 30 days before you were due to arrive, a refund will be made to you, less a 3% processing fee.

You must be over 21 years of age to stay with us if you are not accompanied by a parent.
Bus service available for a addional cost to bus company, staff must be advised on booking if required.

Check In
Check-in times are usually from 2-6pm, NSW time. Check-ins outside these times may be available if you make arrangements with us before arriving. Note that full payment is required before you can enter the Park.

Facilities
The cost of your accommodation includes access to our extensive facilities, including our swimming pool, playgrounds, recreation room and gymnasium. A security deposit may be required for the use of some equipment.

Visitors
To ensure the safety and comfort of all, visitors must register at reception and pay a fee before entering the park.
